Please use this listing to book for custom studio first birthday + cake smash session. These sessions are to include baby only, but adding on time for family and siblings is an option.

Tues-Thurs Sessions, no weekends unless otherwise discussed with Jessica prior to booking + weekend fee

+ 50% deposit due at booking, remaining balance due week prior to session

RESCHEDULE
Client understands that by entering into this agreement, the Photographer is foregoing other photographic jobs for that date. Jessica Standish Photography requires a 50% non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit towards the session fee as a retainer to book your session.

Reschedule requests due to emergency or illness will be moved to the next available date for that session type. Themed mini-sessions will not have the option for reschedule to the same session type due to the nature of the theme and scheduling.

CANCELLATION
Client understands that session fees are non-refundable or transferrable.

RESHOOTS
In the unlikely event that Client is completely dissatisfied with the final results based solely on personal preference, Photographer will reshoot at a 25% discount from the original session fee. Client is then able to order prints from the second portrait session only. In the unlikely event that the finished product from a portrait session is unusable due to technical problems, (camera failure or exposure problems), Photographer will reshoot at no additional charge.
