BOOKING
Full payment of your session fee, and completion of this form, is due within 5 days from the time of booking to secure your date. Should your payment not be received within 5 days your appointment date/time will be opened up to other potential clients.

PROOFS & ORDERING
For your convenience, client proofs are provided via a website. Jessica Standish Photography does not supply physical proofs. Website proofs will remain viewable for 30 days. After the 7-day ordering period, the proofs are removed from the website. Orders are due on or before the deadline. If more time is needed, there will be an additional fee of $25.00 per 7-day extension, and clients must notify Photographer before the proofs are removed from the website. If no notification is made, the proofs will come off the website, and there is an additional $50.00 fee to re-create the gallery on the website.

Print order payment is due upon checkout. Most orders will automatically be sent to the lab for processing upon checkout, and will be delivered within 1-2 weeks. Custom orders (albums, custom frames, custom ornaments etc.) will not be sent for printing until payment is received, and processing has been completed. Custom orders will be sent to the lab within 2-3 weeks from cleared payment.

ARCHIVING
All purchased images will be archived for 1-year. Any images not purchased will be removed from the system to make room for new clients. This includes late order payments, and images not purchased within 30 days from the date the gallery notification is sent will be purged from the system.

TIME
Your gallery email will be sent within 30 days from your session, within 45 days for weddings.

Editing/post-production timing varies on type of session, and photographers current workload. This email will include your direct link to your personal gallery which is password protected for your privacy. A return email is requested for verification of delivery. Your digital images must be downloaded from this gallery within 30 days. If extension or re-list is required additional charges will apply.

COPYRIGHT
ALL images posted in your gallery, and to Facebook/Blog as previews remain the property of Jessica Standish Photography. While I encourage you to tag, share, and even email links to those previews it is absolutely NOT acceptable to save, download or alter those images. Until you receive your paid for digital copies ALL digital images remain the property of Jessica Standish Photography. Jessica Standish Photography remains the sole copyright owner of all images, digital packages include a PRINT RELEASE only.

PAYMENT for PRINTS
Jessica Standish Photography accepts credit/debit cards. Visa, MasterCard, AmEx and Discover are accepted; you may pay online during the checkout process via your gallery. Custom orders will receive an invoice once the order process has been completed. Payment is due upon receipt.

A $35.00 fee applies for any returned checks.

ADVERTISING
Jessica Standish Photography reserves the right to use images from this shoot for display, publication, or other purposes online and/or in print. All digital images remain the property of Jessica Standish Photography.

RESCHEDULE
Client understands that by entering into this agreement, the Photographer is foregoing other photographic jobs for that date. Jessica Standish Photography requires full payment of the session fee as a retainer to book your session. Jessica Standish Photography needs to be aware 48 hours ahead of time if your appointment cannot be met. If a 48-hour notice is not an option, please call as soon as possible to reschedule your session.

Reschedule requests due to emergency or illness will be moved to the next available date for that session type. Themed mini-sessions will not have the option for reschedule to the same session type due to the nature of the theme and scheduling.

CANCELLATION
Client understands that session fees are non-refundable or transferrable.

RESHOOTS
In the unlikely event that Client is completely dissatisfied with the final results based solely on personal preference, Photographer will reshoot at a 25% discount from the original session fee. Client is then able to order prints from the second portrait session only. In the unlikely event that the finished product from a portrait session is unusable due to technical problems, (camera failure or exposure problems), Photographer will reshoot at no additional charge.

CUSTOM EDIT REQUESTS/RE-EDIT
Should you have specific edit requests outside of the photographers normal editing procedures please understand that additional editing fees will apply, as well as additional editing/processing time will be needed.

WEATHER
Should weather interfere with session plans you will be rescheduled to the next available date, or moved indoors if that is your preference. Jessica Standish Photography does not reschedule for clouds, or snow. You can expect to be rescheduled for heavy rain, poor driving conditions, extreme cold/heat.

SESSION PREVIEWS
I understand that while not guaranteed Jessica Standish Photography will make every effort to post a preview of my session on www.facebook.com/jessicastandishphotography and/or the Jessica Standish Photography Blog.
